Cinnzeo Bakery Cafe

This post is a triple whammy - Cinnzeo are my newest PR client, I had the lovely pleasure of photographing their new Chinook location this week, and of course, I have to tell you about my favourite treat day of all time!

I just recently started working with Cinnzeo Bakery Cafe and I jumped at the opportunity for a few reasons - when I'm considering a new client to work with, there are a few things that I look for. The first is that I have that natural gut instinct that it will be a good fit, and I only ever want to work with companies whom I believe in and are aligned with my purpose, and our values and mission are on the same page. I need to be excited about telling the rest of the world about how awesome a client, their product or production is - that authenticity and fit needs to be there or it's a no go for me.

Cinnzeo first opened in Calgary in 1987 and today they launch their new look after 23 years - so exciting and so perfect for Aldona B Creative! I absolutely love the new brand - it's hip, bold and colourful. When I arrived to their newest location on the second level at Chinook, just off the foodcourt, I could see the new sign from a mile away. Love it!

We were on location not only to capture some images, but to also meet CTV Morning Live for two segments that you can see HERE.

Even though their look has changed, their classic products haven't (these guys are famous for their Signature Cinnamon Rolls) and they've now added some new products to the menu, including gluten free options, smoothies, espresso drinks and savoury treats as well.

I've shared a bit about my cooking adventures over the past few weeks (more to come I promise, but girl has been busy!) and I'll be sharing more soon about my health and weight loss journey, so you might be wondering how Cinnzeo fits into that part of my life.

Well, let me tell you! Even though for over three years I've been eating a diet that is sugar and flour free, mostly for health reasons we won't get into here, I choose to live that lifestyle about 90% of my life. I think it' so important to treat yourself and have some balance. But when I do treat myself I make sure it's extra good - hence, Cinnzeo!

On the evening post CTV and photo shoot, I treated myself to the newest Cinnzeo addition, the chocolate roll - and I'm still thinking about it now! It's so delicious that I honestly have no words...
